1. General Admission By purchasing a ticket to the Wine Fest Toronto ("the Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and apply to all ticket holders ("Attendees").
2. Age Restrictions The Event is strictly for individuals aged 19 years or older. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented upon entry. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide valid ID.
3. No-Pet Policy Unfortunately furry friends are not permitted at the Event.
4. Ticket Purchases All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between sessions. However, tickets are transferable between people. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
5. Event Changes The Event’s schedule, lineup, vendors, and activities are subject to change without notice.
6. Code of Conduct Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others. Disorderly conduct, including excessive intoxication, harassment, or vandalism, will result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
7. Liability Waiver By attending the Event, you assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injuries, illness, or loss of personal property. The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred.
8. Prohibited Items The following items are prohibited at the Event:
- Outside food and beverages
- Illegal substances
-Weapons or dangerous items
- Glass containers.
Security reserves the right to inspect bags and personal items.
9. Photography and Media Release The Event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in future marketing materials without compensation.
10. Responsible Consumption The Event promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol. Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly and arrange for safe transportation. The organizers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone deemed intoxicated.
11. Force Majeure The organizers are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
